The 2025 round of the Australia Awards opens on Thursday, 1 February 2024, and closes on Tuesday, 30 April 2024.
In the 2024 academic year, 989 long-term Australia Awards scholarships were awarded to individuals from 55 partner countries.
The Australia Awards Scholarships is the Australian Government’s scholarship program providing opportunities for people from developing countries, particularly countries in the Indo-Pacific, to study at the undergraduate or postgraduate level at participating Australian universities and TAFE institutions. The Australia Awards are administered by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
