Samantha is the Founder and Principal Director of Campus Intuition, a consultancy dedicated to transforming the student and staff experience with campuses. She has collaborated with leading universities worldwide to analyse how campus spaces, places, and buildings influence engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being. Campus Intuition's Global Campus Experience Index provides universities with a benchmark to compare their university, and detail on how to enhance their campus environments.

With a PhD and postdoctoral research in sustainable building and evidence-based decision-making, Samantha applies a rigorous, research-led approach to campus design and planning. Her expertise bridges the gap between strategic decision-making and user experience, offering teams a unique perspective on how the physical environment impacts the daily life of students and staff. Her insights not only inform what attracts students to campus but also address factors that may deter engagement and retention.

In addition to her consultancy work, Samantha has served on the Curtin University Council, gaining an in-depth understanding of university governance and the evolving challenges facing the higher education sector. She also contributes her expertise as a member of the Western Australian State Design Review Panel, bringing a broader perspective on urban design.
