EPIISOD Launches in Sydney: New Student Housing Brand Promises Premium Living Experience at Macquarie Park

The Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sector welcomes EPIISOD, a new premium brand introduced by global accommodation operator Centurion Corporation. The brand’s flagship Australian property is already under construction in Macquarie Park, Sydney, and is scheduled to welcome students by Semester 1, 2026.

Catering to both international and domestic students, EPIISOD Macquarie Park will offer 732 beds across a range of modern, thoughtfully designed rooms. Located within walking distance of Macquarie University, Macquarie Shopping Centre, and major public transport routes, the new development promises to provide not just a place to stay, but a comprehensive living experience built around comfort, convenience, and community.

Students can now register for residency via the EPIISOD website.

Centurion is no stranger to the student housing sector. The company first entered the Australian market in 2014 with a Melbourne property, followed by another in Adelaide in 2019, both under its Dwell Student Living brand. Globally, Centurion operates 37 accommodation assets across the UK, US, Hong Kong SAR, and Australia.

With EPIISOD, Centurion is aiming even higher. The new brand combines high-end design, smart technology, sustainability, and a deep focus on student wellbeing to deliver what the company calls “a redefinition of student living.”

David Loh, Joint Chairman and Executive Director at Centurion, described the launch as a “milestone moment.”

“Launching EPIISOD in Sydney marks an important milestone for Centurion and represents our ongoing commitment to redefine student accommodation globally. We are proud to introduce the new brand to the market and set a new benchmark for student living—first in Australia, and then internationally.”

What sets EPIISOD apart is its focus on creating a vibrant, supportive environment where students can thrive academically and personally. The Macquarie Park property will feature:

  • A rooftop infinity pool
  • Wellness centre complete with sauna, ice bath, and yoga studio
  • Dedicated study spaces and communal lounges
  • Tech-driven amenities including keyless entry and smart home IoT systems
  • An exclusive Resident App to manage services, receive support, and stay updated

Students will also benefit from the EPIISOD Experience programme, which offers a range of perks and services such as:

  • Weekday breakfasts
  • Housekeeping services
  • Gym training sessions
  • Curated social and professional events
  • Work and leadership opportunities

These offerings are designed to enhance wellbeing, encourage personal development, and foster community among residents.

EPIISOD Macquarie Park also has strong sustainability credentials, catering to environmentally-conscious students. The property will incorporate:

  • Solar energy systems
  • Preservation of existing blue gum trees
  • Indoor landscaping and outdoor green spaces
  • Environmentally sensitive design throughout the building

These elements reflect the growing demand among students for accommodation that aligns with their values around sustainability and responsible living.

While the Macquarie Park project is the first, it won’t be the last. Centurion has already signalled its intention to expand the EPIISOD brand across Australia, with plans for at least four more properties in Melbourne and Perth currently in development.
