Study NSW calls for EdTech innovators to shine at 2026 NSW EdTech Summit

Study NSW has opened the call for expressions of interest for organisations to showcase their education technology (EdTech) innovations at the NSW EdTech Summit 2026.

Free activation events will be held on 1 and 2 June 2026, prior to the EDUtech 2026 conference and exhibition on 3–4 June, and will feature a mix of independently organised events and activities hosted at Sydney-based education providers. These activation events scheduled for the first two days of the summit are designed to highlight leading NSW education institutions and their solutions in real-world settings, complementing the major expo and conference that follows.

Study NSW is seeking not-for-profit organisations or collaborations with not-for-profit partners to participate and showcase their work. Interested groups are invited to submit an expression of interest (EOI) by Friday, 27 February 2026, or reach out directly to the Study NSW team with questions at study.nsw@investment.nsw.gov.au

The 2026 Summit builds on the growing profile of NSW as a leading education innovation hub in the Asia-Pacific region. EDUtech 2026 is the largest education technology conference and trade exhibition in Australia and takes place at the International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney. Participants will have access to thought leadership, networking and global market exposure alongside hundreds of EdTech companies, educators and policymakers.

Why this matters

  • NSW has been actively positioning itself as a key destination for EdTech development and export, supporting companies to scale nationally and internationally.
  • The summitpresents a platform not only for product showcases but also for collaboration, investment attraction and cross-sector engagement between educators, institutions and innovators.
  • With the EDUtech 2026 attracting hundreds of exhibitors and a strong international presence, the accompanying activation events offer a unique chance for smaller and mission-driven organisations to amplify their impact on both education practice and policy thinking.

For educators and not-for-profit organisations with solutions aimed at enhancing learning, engagement, accessibility or educational outcomes, this call-out represents a timely opportunity to be seen on a global stage and engage with stakeholders from across the education ecosystem.
