Lucy is a research and insights professional specialising in the global education sector, student experience and digital transformation in education. She leads work in education innovation and insights with higher education institutions in Australia and around the world and has held leadership, research and teaching roles in the UK, Italy, Sudan and Australia. She studied German and Italian at Oxford University, has a Master of Education (Learning & Leadership) from UTS and is a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
