AMSIG End-of-Year Gathering & Launch of 2024 AMSIG Mentorship Program

This event is hosted by the English Australia Academic Managers SIG and will happen on 22 November 2023

The convenors of the AMSIG invite you to the national AMSIG End-of-Year Drinks & Launch of our 2024 AMSIG Mentorship Program!

This is a hybrid face-to-face and online event, taking place initially as a webinar, and followed by real, live drinks, nibbles and good cheer in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. Please see the specific start times and venue locations for each city to the right.

During the webinar session we will present our exciting new AMSIG Mentorship Program, which will be launched in 2024. We will include guidelines and explain how the program will be structured, and we’ll also be seeking to touch base with prospective mentors and mentees from amongst you. This is a voluntary, opt-in program that AMSIG would like to provide to its members as a way of helping us all develop professionally as ELT leaders and managers.

We’ll then finish with end-of-year networking and celebrations.

All Academic Managers, Senior Teachers, Coordinators, Head Teachers, aspiring managers, emerging leaders, and those just interested in ELT leadership welcome!
