Pan-Africa Universities Summit

We are delighted to launch the inaugural THE Pan-Africa Universities Summit to focus on three core ambitions within the region’s higher education ecosystem: sustainability, equitable research and employability.

The event will convene experts in the region’s tertiary education, industry and policy sectors together exploring how to promote and enhance African-led research, best practice within African universities, and vocational opportunities that align with a more sustainable knowledge economy.

• Increasing funding and improving governance in African higher education
• Safeguarding academic autonomy
• Revitalising African research
• Showcasing success stories in African higher education across continental and global contexts
• Prioritising access, equity and inclusion across African higher education
