Ranking Agency Ranks on Workplace Methodology

QS, the UK based ranking agency, has been listed in the top 100 most loved workplaces in the UK.

Newsweek has announced its annual rankings for the Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® list for 2023. In a somewhat ironic turn of events the rankings agency has been ranked and came in at #98.

Jessica Turner, QS CEO, said, “I’m so delighted that QS has been recognised for the magic that our QS teams bring every day to this wonderful company and to the students and institutions we serve. It’s a reflection of the passion, commitment, and collaborative spirit of every QSer.

It’s not just an award for the company but a testament to the environment we’ve built together. Together we can help millions more motivated people around the world realise their potential through higher education and career advancement. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved and even more excited for what lies ahead.”

The results were determined after surveying more than 2 million employees from businesses with workforces varying in size from 50 to more than 100,000. The list recognises companies that have created a workplace where employees feel respected, inspired, and appreciated and are at the centre of the business model.

The key areas included in the analysis are based on how well companies demonstrate the areas within the Spark Model as defined by BPI, including Systemic Collaboration, Positive Vision of the Future, Alignment of values, Respect, and Killer Achievement. Employee sentiments and emotions indicating how engaged employees are, how positive they feel about their workplace, and how committed they are to the organisation’s success were analysed to identify the Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces.

The Koala congratulates QS on the achievement, especially Chief People Officer Ms Alisha Bartl.

The 2023 Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® are the result of a collaboration with the Best Practice Institute (BPI), a leadership development and benchmark research company.
