On Saturday, The Koala published a piece (TKN 23/3/24) on the updated visa online form and the requirement to acknowledge the no further stay conditions 8534 and 8535.
These changes had been present in the past, but the government had not enforced them on a 500 (student) visa, or perhaps only in a very limited way.
Sources close to the government have told The Koala that the government has no intent to change this approach.
This is welcome news.
