Interview Ready™ by Getmee is the AI-powered interview coach. It provides personalised coaching, feedback, and learning content, addressing communication style, technical, and behavioural questions for job seekers of all backgrounds.
It aims to “level the playing field, improve enterprise brand value, and introduce a unique IVR Score™ to enhance interview performance”. It is changing interview preparation globally, making expert coaching accessible to all, and helping job seekers overcome traditional barriers and excel in interviews.
AMES Australia has partnered with Getmee to provide students with MyAMES Chat app, powered by Getmee. The goal for AMES Australia is to facilitate a seamless transition for international students into the Australian workforce. The initiative was officially launched by Immigration and Multicultural Affairs Minister Andrew Giles.

Latest partnership
MTC Australia, a not-for-profit employment services provider, is the latest to employ the Getmee technology.
Last week, MTC Australia launched MTC CoachMe, a new AI-driven app to support and coach participants through their education and job search.
The new app is designed to empower students and job seekers with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in interviews and the job placement processes.
According to MTC Australia CEO Rob Marshall, “MTC CoachMe powered by Getmee is the perfect tool to incorporate into our employment and training programs to help equip our students and jobseekers for the challenges they face now and into the future as the workplace evolves.”
“The app will be especially valuable to the large proportion of our students and job seekers who come from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
