The Association of Australian Education Representatives in India (AAERI) has announced its upcoming elections, scheduled to take place from today through March 15, 2025.
With a membership base of approximately 130 accredited education consultants across India, AAERI remains committed to upholding ethical recruitment practices and advocating for self-regulation within the international student recruitment industry.
The elections will appoint 11 Executive Committee members. These members will play a pivotal role in steering AAERI’s strategic initiatives, ensuring adherence to industry best practices, and representing the collective interests of education providers, education agents, and other stakeholders in India.
The AAERI Executive Committee will comprise eleven (11) members:
- Four (4) members elected by the full general body (central pool).
- One (1) member elected under the women’s reserved category by the full general body.
Six (6) members elected by regional chapters across India:
- New Delhi/NCR Region (including Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Rajasthan)
- North West Region
- Chandigarh Region
- South East Region
- West India Region (Gujarat and Maharashtra)
- South India Region Eligibility
