The Council for International Students of Western Australia (CISWA) has announced its final professional development workshop for the year, focused on strengthening community connections for international students.
The event, themed “Fostering Community Connections”, will bring together universities, colleges, and training providers to share practical initiatives that help international students feel more connected to life in Western Australia.
Running from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm at Canning College, the workshop will feature collaborative table discussions, sector showcases, and networking opportunities over morning tea.
CISWA emphasised that the session is designed not only to exchange strategies but also to provide a valuable space for colleagues across the sector to learn from each other and work collectively to support student belonging.
