The Victorian Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions (DJSIR) is seeking feedback to help refresh Victoria’s strategy for international education. Consultation closes on 19 December, and the final strategy is expected to be released in the first half of 2026.
DJSIR has released a discussion paper including questions for consultation on the overall strategy, opportunities, Study Melbourne programs and services, and measures of success.
The current plan, Victoria’s International Education Recovery Plan 2025, was launched in 2022, with the Victorian Government investing $59.2 million up to 2025.
