The International Student Sentiment Survey 2023 is now live!

The Study Australia International Student Sentiment Survey is the sixth in a series of surveys that commenced in July 2020. It continues gathering student insights throughout what has been a period of global uncertainty and reshaping. It is a defining tool, collating the unique views of international students on the Australian educational offerings.

The 2023 Study Australia Partnership survey is again conducted independently by QS, on behalf of the Australian Government in partnership with all Australian state and territory study destination agencies.

The results will deliver unique insights into prospective and current international students’ support and information needs. The previous 5 survey iterations have informed and shaped services across;

  • Graduate employability
  • Student accommodation and welfare services
  • VET and ELICOS pathways
  • Agent and university marketing and communications
  • Quality of education delivery

They have also tracked student sentiment around choice of study destination, perceptions of safety and feeling welcome and mapped Australia’s global reputation, all used by Austrade and states and territories to enhance and tailor offerings.

Feedback from students, whether studying on campus in Australia, with an Australian institution online or at an off-shore campus is invaluable. Australian education’s increasingly diverse and geographical spread in the global marketplace is a national asset.

Understanding the international student journey and experience ultimately improves current and future international students’ access to information and services. The survey is a key tool in uplifting the capacity and capability of the sector.

Please share these links across your student and agent networks that make up the diverse tapestry of the Australian International Education sector.

So, here they are again, links to surveys, time is ticking, live until 29 September 2023
